As such, Digital Prismatics is in no way held responsible or accountable, for any damage or injury to either individuals or property, due to work contracted out to us. And we assume no liability. All designs, drawings, prototypes, ideas, patents, concepts and inventions, and all applicable safety and legal concerns, are held in entirety, to the responsibility of the client, and the client agrees and fully understands this policy.
